Automatic:

This package automatically installs itself to C:\Util\CMI_TECH_SUPPORT\ and then automiatically executes the main executable that contacts CMI (Request_Tech_Support.exe). After the main executable is closed, it terminates the executable responsible for connection with CMI remote terminal. After that process completes the package deletes all the files within C:\Util\CMI_TECH_SUPPORT\

Manual:

This package asks the user where to install install itself. It does not execute Request_Tech_Support.exe by itself so the user has to invoke it manually. None of the files are deleted after the main executable is closed, however the software responsible for the connection is unloaded from memory.
