An updated installation of Autodesk® Civil 3D™ 2004 SP1 is being released to support Autodesk® Civil Design 2005.

New Autodesk Civil 3D 2004 SP1 software will be shipped to all Autodesk Civil Design Subscription customers on June 3, 2004.  This software can be used with the 2004 or 2005 versions of Autodesk Civil Design.

Customers who have already installed and will continue to use their Autodesk® Land Desktop 2004 and Autodesk Civil Design 2004 products should continue to use the Civil 3D 2004 SP1 product that has already been delivered.

Customers who are moving to the AutoCAD 2005 platform of products should use this updated installation of Civil 3D 2004 SP1, which provides support for Autodesk Land Desktop 2005 and Autodesk Civil Design 2005.  If these customers already have the previous Civil 3D 2004 SP1 software installed, it will need to be uninstalled prior to installation of the new version.

This preview release of Autodesk Civil 3D 2004 software is available only to customers with Autodesk Civil Design Subscription contracts.
