This introductory course is recommended for new users of Inventor based products. Course emphasizes fundamental 3-D modeling and drawings setup skills. Topics include: Assemblies, Presentations and Drawings. Prerequisite: Inventor - Intro to Solid Modeling

Inventor Solid Modeling
This introductory course is recommended for new users of all Inventor based products. Course emphasizes fundamental 3D and 2D modeling skills. Topics include: Navigation, solid modeling, extrusions, revolve, loft, sweep, 2D and 3D sketching. Prerequisite: None.


Inventor Assemblies and Drawings
2-Day training: $750 offered from 9am to 5pm

This introductory course is recommended for new users of Inventor based products. Course emphasizes fundamental 3-D modeling and drawings setup skills.

Topics include: Assemblies, Presentations and Drawings. Prerequisite: Inventor - Intro to Solid Modeling

DAY 1

Assembly Files Constraints, Joints Bill of Materials at Assembly Level, Virtual parts Views Materials and Appearance Rendering

DAY 2

Presentations Project Files Drawings - Base, projection, section, and detail views. Drawing Annotations - Tables, notes, and dimensions. Parts List

Inventor Solid Modeling

This introductory course is recommended for new users of all Inventor based products. Course emphasizes fundamental 3D and 2D modeling skills.

Topics include: Navigation, solid modeling, extrusions, revolve, loft, sweep, 2D and 3D sketching.

Prerequisite: None.

DAY 1

Interface / Navigation 2D Sketching, Dimensioning, and Constraints Solid Base Features - Extrusion and Revolve Solid Pick and Place Features - Fillet, Chamfer, Holes Work Planes Equations

DAY 2

Section Views Editing the Solid Model - Reorder, insert, suppress features Solid Base Features - Loft and Sweep Duplication Tools Additional Features Measurements
