Technical support is essential to the productivity of any CAD department. CAD Masters includes FREE technical phone, email and remote support at no charge with each Autodesk software purchase. Our technical staff includes seven licensed Professional Engineers, experienced draftspersons & designers, network administrators, and hardware technicians. In addition to expert support on Autodesk software, we can also provide support and advice on operating systems, plotters, computers, installation, and implementation. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Even if you did not purchase software from CAD Masters, course fees include the same award winning support for three months following your training.
Purchase includes a 10% discount on regularly scheduled training classes at our Walnut Creek and Sacramento training centers. Our classes have limited enrollment, individual workstations and include course materials. Our industry professional instructors relate practical techniques to increase your productivity. Government purchases include and additional training voucher worth 5% of software cost - new, upgrade, or subscription renewal. This ongoing CAD Masters-only promotion applies to any training - regular scheduled or custom and must be used within one year of software purchase.
CMI Tools is included with purchases of Civil 3D at no cost. The price without purchase is $175 per copy. CAD Standards Manager, a comprehensive set of CAD standardization tools specifically designed to organize your AutoCAD layers, text styles, and symbols, and more is also available with a Government discount.
CAD Masters also offers project assistance. With registered Professional Engineers on staff, we can assist with the design of a project while training your staff in the use of Autodesk products. Your staff will gain first hand experience using the software to complete a real project, from beginning to end. Our engineers or designers can be billed directly to the job. Participants can instruct and assist other staff members on future projects. Project assistance can be continuous, or scheduled on an as-needed basis.
