CAD Masters is honored to have earned Autodesk's Best Customer Service and Support Award for the Western Region. You can have our award-winning support services free of charge with a qualifying Autodesk or CAD Masters software purchase or class enrollment.

Technical support is essential to the productivity of any CAD department. CAD Masters includes FREE technical phone, email and remote support at no charge with each Autodesk software purchase. Our technical staff includes licensed Professional Engineers, experienced draftspersons & designers, network administrators, and hardware technicians.

Course fees include the same award winning support described above for three months following your course.

FEE Support
Even if you did not purchase your software or take a class from CAD Masters, you can still purchase support. The costs for blocks of support time are below.  Support calls are billed in 15 minute increments until the block is exhausted. Support can be limited to designated callers. In addition to expert support on the Autodesk software, we can also provide support and advice on operating systems, plotters, computers, installation, and implementation. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
